Yes. Before ordering, you can create a demo version and view the cover and the first page spread — an illustration and a page with text. This way you can evaluate personalization before choosing a format and placing an order.

The website provides printed and electronic formats. The available options and their cost are listed on the page of the selected fairy tale. Before placing an order, check which format you have selected.

The service supports Russian, Kazakh and English languages. The available languages of a particular story are indicated in the fairy tale creation form — select the one you need before creating a demo.

For personalization, you need the child's name and photo. In the form, also select the child's gender and one of the available fairy tale languages. The name in this form can contain up to 25 characters. You do not need to specify the age to create a fairy tale.

The finished book contains 32 pages: cover, "illustration + text". These are 14 illustrated pages of history and 14 separate pages with text.

When viewing your fairy tale, you can request a new version of the illustration available for modification and describe your wishes. The possibility of changing depends on the page and the remaining limit of regenerations. If the required action is not available, contact support.

Yes. Before creating a demo version, you need to register or log in to your account. This allows you to save a personal fairy tale and return to it later.

Log in to the same account where you created the story and open the My Fairy Tales section. There you can return to the saved fairy tale and view it.

Open the orders page in your merchant profile and select the desired order. If you need to clarify its condition or details, write to support and specify the order number.

Check the available shipping terms and cost when ordering a printed book. If you need to clarify the possibility of delivery to your locality or the time frame, contact support before paying for the order.

The current price and the current discount are displayed in the appropriate format on the fairy tale page. The total amount of the order can be checked before payment.

The photo is kept private. When creating a fairy tale, it is used by AI to personalize the illustrations. For more information, see the privacy policy.
